DIY Amiga & C64 GamePad 3D printable
A downloadable 3d-printable
This is a 3D printable do it yourself GamePad for use with classic Amiga and C64 computers. It is delivered as downloadable STL files and schematics.
A layer height of 0.1mm is recommended when printing the parts. Anything more coarse will highly likely result in non-functional snap connectors.
The following additional non-printed parts are required for assembly:
- 7x microswitches (~ 12.8 x 6.7 x 5.8 (mm)) for directions and buttons
- 1x slide switch for mode selection (GTIN 9900000199753)
- 1x 270 Ohm resistor
- 1x d-sub 9 female connector (GTIN 9900000069483)
- 2x d-sub installation bolt and nut (GTIN 9900000198725)
- 1x d-sub 9 cable female(connect to Amiga/C64) to male(connect to GamePad)
- and some wires for connecting the above parts
PERSONAL LICENSE
The non-transferable, non-exclusive right to print and build up to four of these GamePads(and replacements in case anything breaks) for personal use with the explicit exclusion of the right to manufacture and sell them. If you want to print some for your friends who don't have a 3D printer, ask them to acquire a personal license as well. Also explicitly excluded is the right to create and sell any derivative 3D models from the delivered files or parts of them.
